Future Events
The PAU is always very busy. Here are some of the events that are currently planned in the future:
Concert Band's Christmas Cracker - 7th December
This year Southampton University Concert Band brings you an afternoon of wonderful music and festive cheer.
A selection of seasonal favourites; Christmas Festival and Winter Dances, a popular collection of film music; music from Jurassic Park and Home Alone, and a variety of classic favourites; Copacabana and Somewhere Over the Rainbow, are just a few examples of the music which comprise our superb Christmas Concert this year. Come and join us in The Turner Sims Concert Hall from 3pm for mince pies and great music!

Prices are £3.50 for students and £7 for adults.
Chamber Choir Winter Concert
Date: Friday 5th December
Time: 7:30 - 9:30
Venue: St. Michael the Archangel Church, Bugle St, Southampton
Tickets: Adults £7, Concessions £4, Students £3.50
The choir will be singing a variety of songs for Advent as well as Vivaldi's Gloria. Refreshments will be available in the interval.
Showstoppers' Winter Revue - Alphabet Soup - Sunday 7th December
Showstoppers' annual Winter Revue. This year's theme is Alphabet Soup - a delicious collection of songs from musicals.
Venue: West Refectory
Time: 4-30pm and 7-30pm
Prices: £3-50 Concessions £5-50 Adults
Southampton Uni Medics Revue coming soon!
This year's exciting Medics Revue is on at Arts H (The Annex), next to Highfield Interchange from Tuesday 2 December until Saturday 6 December. Tickets go on sale soon at the Union Box Office, online and around SGH and Boldrewood. All profits go to this year's charities, Epilepsy Research UK and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

2nd December is Soul Cellar. 8-Late. Band starts about 9.30. Student price £3.50 Adults £6. "A night of christmas tunes and big band jazz to get you in the festive spirit!"
Comedy Society
An Comedy Show in the Hobbit, showcasing the different genres of comedy on 2nd December. Price: Free
SU Singers Christmas Concert
We'll be singing a delightful variety of songs including carols and Christmas favourites.
Date: Sunday 30th November 2008
Location: St. Andrew's Church, The Avenue (opposite Northlands Road), Southampton.
Time: starts 7pm
Price: Adults - £6, Students/Concessions - £4, PAU Members - £3.50
Tickets available on door, and mince pies and mulled wine available during interval.
SUWO - Christmas Concert
Date - Friday 28th November
Time - 7.30pm
Venue - Turner Sims Concert Hall
Event - Concert of traditional wind band classics and light hearted music!
Prices - £7 for adults; £3.50 for students, OAPs and Under 16s.

Jazzmanix is Southampton University’s very own pop and gospel choir. The choir consists of over a hundred talented singers that perform both a capella and with Jazzmanix’s 7-piece band. Several soloists and smaller vocal groups will also feature in the concert. Under the musical direction of Constantinos Andronikou this years Winter Concert is set to be Jazzmanix’s best one ever! Dont miss it!
Tickets will shortly be available from the Turner Sims box office, priced £8 for adults and £5 for concessions (including students). A message will be sent to you via this facebook event as soon as they become available (at which point there no doubt will be a race to the box office). Buy your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment - this concert sells out every year!
